Strategic investment in our communities is a part of Vermilion’s corporate DNA and helps us fulfil our mission of delivering superior rewards to investors, employees, partners and the communities in which we operate.

Along with our Corrib Gas Partners, CPPIB and Equinor, we are pleased to continue supporting the following investments in Ireland.

Internship Programme

Each summer, through the Internship Programme, Vermilion will offer paid practical work experience at the Bellanaboy Bridge Gas Terminal to third level students. The internship disciplines vary from year to year, but typically include engineering, health and safety and environmental sciences. We are now accepting applications through until April 19, 2019.

  • The Internship Programme offers paid employment for 8 – 12 weeks during the summer (June to September) to students.
  • The successful applicants will receive hands-on, practical experience in a professional work environment.
  • Each intern will be allocated a line manager who will provide regular coaching and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to suitable, qualified students from the Erris Area.
  • Students must be studying one of the above disciplines to qualify for the programme.
  • Only students who will be returning to college in September / October 2019 will be considered.
